On October 7, 2025, the Proud Real Estate Public Company Limited (Set: Proud) shows a pleasant increase in its share price, which climbed 5.88% to 1.08 THB per share. They range from one-bedroom apartments with 58 square meters to luxurious five-bedroom penthouses with 425 square meters.
The prices for these units start at 15 million THB and can be up to 130 million THB. Each unit is fully furnished with high -quality furniture.
